  • What events are happening this year?

    Answer

We will be hosting several policy discussion roundtable meetings throughout the year, along with our Annual General Meeting.

  • Can you tell us a bit about the Research Program?

    Answer

    • Experts: We are in the process of assembling a list of experts and will publish it in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!

We utilize three main types of research approaches to inform our work:

      • Deductive: Begins with a theory and tests specific hypotheses.
      • Inductive: Starts with observations to generate new theories.
      • Abductive: Combines elements of both deductive and inductive methods.

We only contract research at the highest post grad academic standards.

While these approaches may be familiar to professional researchers, our goal is to ensure that Canadians who join us, particularly voters interested in shaping policy, understand the methods behind our research.

If you have any questions or would like more information, feel free to reach out—we’d be happy to elaborate!

  • Can you tell us a bit about potential future dissemination we will be doing?

    Answer

    • Educate Voters: We call on supporters and the public to contact elected officials, political parties, and candidates to express their views on specific laws, policies, or decisions.
    • Make Policy Statements: We present our research to elected officials, parliamentary committees, and the public—both verbally and in writing—actively participating in the policy development process.
    • Provide Forums & Convene Open Discussions: We invite candidates and political representatives to engage in public forums or written discussions to explore key public policy issues.
    • Communicate on Social Media: We share our research and or abstracts on public policy across social media and encourage others to join the conversation.
