  • We recommend making a modest donation between $100 and $1000. Then,
  • If you are so inclined, send us a message explaining why you donated to one of seven research initiatives. If you have a specific research request, provide reasoning for why one of the research initiatives is preferred over the others, with a focus on how it will benefit Canadians.
  • If applicable let us know how much additional donation you're prepared to give if we are indeed able to direct your donations to your preferred research topic.
  • We will reply to your message, letting you know to what extent we can assure that area of research for your additional donation. We'll also let you know how much additional donation would be required to launch the research project, in case you have the means to coalesce additional donors to make it happen.

Donors and members are eligible to make research topic suggestions on our forum. Premium members and major donors can make suggestions directly to the research committee and research director.

The Case for Support

Who are we?

Mission: To facilitate research in the interest of educating the public and government on policies that benefit Canadians.

History: Founded in 2023, under part-time development, with launch of social media in 2026. With your support, we aim to create a brighter future for Canada.

Leadership: Our leadership is composed of grassroots volunteers, experienced professional executives, and research professionals who share a passion for public policy development and addressing national concerns.

Why do we exist?

There is a gap in Canada where many voters feel that their policy wishes are not being developed or implemented. There seems to be a staleness of lack of imagination and innovation. Voting in elections and participating in political parties often isn't enough to push policy ideas forward. We exist to close this gap.

What do we do?

Our primary focus is research, but we also will engage in outreach, events, and media. What sets us apart is the policy areas we focus on, and our commitment to allowing the public to become members and directly influence our work.

What are our future goals?

We aim to continue developing public policy research that benefits Canadians and to grow our membership base.

People at a public meeting

How can you contribute?

We need Canadians, especially voters, to sign up as members and donate what they can. Donations primarily fund research but also support outreach, events, media, and administration. Whether you donate in addition to membership or as a standalone contribution, your support will greatly enhance the public policy ideas available to policymakers and the public, and help expand our reach to more Canadians.

Major Donors

If you are prepared to donate at least $10k - $100k or more, please contact us to be a major donor. We can look into directing your contribution to research that aligns with your policy interests. We can schedule a call or appointment at your convenience.

There are two categories of major donors.

  • The first is foundations and individuals who wish to contribute to our general research fund for altruistic or tax purposes.
  • The second category is for donors who whish to fund a specific research project.

A $10,000 donation can be considered a major gift or a policy research request, and an agreement for that amount or more can be arranged. Speak with us to find out if your desired donation amount is sufficient to complete a research project. Medium donations, such as at least $1000, can be pooled for a requested or proposed specific research project.

Our research conclusions remain independent regardless of funding source.
